Customer Research Experience Strategy

Redefining a market leader's online presence

Foxtel Network Australia approached Isobar to develop a digital experience strategy creating a cohesive network of digital properties for their channel offerings. The solution ensures individual channel needs are met within an implementable framework across all sites, with seamless journeys from channel sites to the main Foxtel site.

Approach

Developed stakeholder and customer research identifying pain points, needs, and operational considerations meeting strategic imperatives. Understood deeper user motivations, perceptions, behaviours and needs around TV consumption across Foxtel channel websites. Defined Experience Imperatives with recommendations articulating research findings into an actionable framework. Developed detailed project plan articulating the next phase in delivering the strategic vision.

Role

Part of a 2–3 member design team producing research planning, design artefacts, and discovery deliverables, including a detailed report outlining a plan for the next phase.

"Foxtel is more than just great viewing. The future of TV is a place for people to interact with, explore and create content. Foxtel is what TV should be — an entertainment destination where great content is easily discovered and timely."
