Optimising supply chain planning with advanced analytics

Helping to optimize a complex and dynamic supply chain planning problem using advanced analytics and human-centered design to deliver a product in the agriculture sector.

Approach

Reimagined a multi-modal process of communication and alignment with a multi-disciplinary team of Data Scientists, Designers, Developers and Product Owners to optimise an e2e planning process using Advanced Analytics and Data Products. A human-centered approach to develop a new digital process and weekly research and customer sessions to validate the digital process and product development. Leveraged QuantumBlack's design system, which allowed the team to prototype and develop solutions at speed. Developed future product roadmap based on research and further analytics opportunities.

Role

Lead designer on the engagement, where I worked alongside client stakeholders and a multidiscipline team of data scientists, engineers, developers, and product and business stakeholders. Responsible for the end-to-end experience of the product: understand requirements, develop a codesign, develop and document components into a design system.
